Rounds faces are equal in width and height, therefore you need to be extremely careful while choosing a haircut especially if you have a round face. One thing that people with round face should avoid is hair falling on the side of their faces; this will increase the width of your face and make it rounder.

For round faces long haircuts look great, especially with straight hair you can actually increase the length of your face, making it look oval with this hairstyle. Short haircuts should be avoided on round faces, most of the times, these cuts stick to your face making it look rounder and plumper. Instead if you must keep your hair short, create a lot of layering with your hair, you should always ensure you have cut some bangs. Another thing to make sure here is that you hair should not touch your face, it should be style outwards showing a lot of volume.

    my face is widest at the sides and i guess its classified as round.
    my forehead is about 3 fingers-ish high and i REALLY want bangs.

    do i HAVE to do side-swept?
    i dont really want to though.
